Ben White lives in Ridgeland, Mississippi and has been practicing law since 1995. He is a native of Pascagoula, Mississippi, where he graduated from high school. He then received a B.A. in History from Mississippi State University in 1992, followed in 1995 with a J.D. from the Ole Miss Law School. He practiced law from 1995 until 1997 with Sekul Hornsby Tisdale and Baker in Biloxi, Mississippi, and was mentored by the legendary coast attorney Clare Hornsby. From 1997 until 2002, he practiced with Dogan and Wilkinson in Pascagoula, Missisippi, where he defended corporations, insurance companies and governmental entities. In 2002, he joined his close friend Brian Herrington in Jackson, Mississippi, and formed the law firm of Herrington and White. Then, in December of 2004, he established the Ben White Law Firm, dedicated to helping individuals who have been hurt by others, physically or financially. He is licensed to practice law in Mississippi, but has experience trying cases in Texas and California, in addition to Mississippi.
